I read a lot of books, and watch a lot of educational videos daily, and feel that this explains much of what is currently going on with not only me, developers..but the project as a whole.
I will be firm moving forward with an accountability approach for not only myself but those who work on or with the project.
The problem here is that many in this space do not want any type of accountability. That is the current challenge. We are still, after a few weeks, interviewing and talking to many development teams. It may take a while...
