Some clarity:
We are still building. Timing is also everything. It is nice to see the market looking a little brighter lately.
I am totally aware of and have learned from the road bumps and mistakes.
I am totally aware of our budget, and what is and isn't realistic.
I do have a plan. We will come back swinging hard.
For those that have had patience, it is appreciated.
